Do you like Brussels Sprouts? If the last one's you tried were boiled and served up when you were a kid – give these crispy, bacon clad Brussels Sprouts a try!

Sometimes I get in a rut with vegetable sides to serve alongside meals.  So from time to time, I leave the can ‘o green beans in the pantry and head for more exotic…like Brussels Sprouts.

 I know.

I used to hate them too.

I've grown a little in my tastes over the years…plus if you fry up a little bacon you can just about make anything taste good!

For this recipe, I used frozen whole Brussels Sprouts.  I figured they already did the blanching for me, so that's one step I don't have to do.  Just let them thaw and pour them out onto several layers of paper towels and pat them lightly to absorb any remaining moisture.
