Yogurt Parfaits

This beautiful breakfast looks impressive, but is really simple and sweet.  With just a few ingredients you can have a filling breakfast or snack that's easy on the eyes and tastes like a treat!
Yogurt Parfaits

Serves 1

Calories: 265 ▪ Fat: 2g ▪ Carbs: 54g ▪ Dietary Fiber: 10g ▪ Protein: 13g

2 containers light fat free vanilla yogurt (used: Activia)

1 cup fresh sliced strawberries (or favorite fresh fruit)

¼ cup lowfat granola

Layer all ingredients in a serving dish.
