White Trash Snack Mix | Jennifer Locklin
Jump to Recipe Print Recipe
Alright y'all...now I'm pullin' out my inner trailer park!  You know, sometimes you just have to dig down to your roots! Don't mind the name...you can always dress up trashy into something festive!
Start with your favorite brand of potato chips with ridges. (I used Ruffles)
Crush the chips lightly with your hands.  It doesn't need to be fine, just break them up a bit.
Next, add salted mixed nuts and M&Ms, and mix to combine
Melt white almond bark according to package directions.  Pour melted "white chocolate" over chip mixture and mix to combine.
Spread mixture onto a waxed paper-lined baking sheet and let cool / dry completely.

When mixture is completely dry, break apart and serve.

J--- how big a bag of potato chips I really want to make this but I'm afraid I'll use too small a bag of chips and I don't want to waste all the other ingredients thanks

Hi Sue! I used the Party Size bag, I believe it's 13.5 oz. If you can't find that size, I would suggest using 2 standard size bags.
