Commonly Asked Questions

Can I use chicken thighs instead of rotisserie chicken?

How do I store leftovers?
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or microwave, adding a splash of chicken broth to loosen the soup.

Can I freeze this soup?
Yes, but omit the pasta and spinach before freezing. Add them fresh when reheating to preserve their texture.
