1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro (chopped)
1/4 cup red onion (finely diced)
1 large fresh jalapeño (seeded & finely diced)
4 key limes (zested & juiced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar or 1 packet Splenda
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and gently stir to combine.
