2 tablespoons rice wine or apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Fold coleslaw mix and green onions into dressing and mix until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate until time to serve. Mix again before serving.
