Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin side down onto a foil-lined and sprayed baking sheet.
  3. In a small pot, combine remaining ingredients, whisking to combine.
  4. Brush the tops and sides of each salmon fillet with citrus mixture.
  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, bring remaining citrus sauce to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce has reduced into a glaze that coats the back of a spoon.
  8. After 8 minutes, remove salmon from the oven, then turn the oven to broil.
  9. Heavily brush each fillet again with reduced glaze.
  10. Return to the oven on the top rack and broil for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the glaze is bubbling.
  11. Spoon remaining glaze over salmon when serving, if desired.
