  • Line a 9" x 9" baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a blender or food processor, pulverize 1 ounce of the freeze dried strawberries and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, add butter melt over low heat to melt.
  • Add marshmallows, freeze dried strawberry powder and Strawberry Jell-O powder.
  • Stir together until smooth and melted and completely combined.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Pour cereal and 1 ounce freeze dried strawberry pieces into marshmallow mixture.
  • Stir together until completely combined.
  • Spoon cereal mixture into parchment lined baking dish.
  • Lightly press cereal mixture into baking dish with moistened fingertips.
  • Lightly press 1 ounce dried strawberries into top of cereal mixture and allow to cool for at least one hour prior to cutting, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
