Line a 9" x 9" baking dish with parchment paper.
In a blender or food processor, pulverize 1 ounce of the freeze dried strawberries and set aside.
In a large saucepan, add butter melt over low heat to melt.
Add marshmallows, freeze dried strawberry powder and Strawberry Jell-O powder.
Stir together until smooth and melted and completely combined.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour cereal and 1 ounce freeze dried strawberry pieces into marshmallow mixture.
Stir together until completely combined.
Spoon cereal mixture into parchment lined baking dish.
Lightly press cereal mixture into baking dish with moistened fingertips.
Lightly press 1 ounce dried strawberries into top of cereal mixture and allow to cool for at least one hour prior to cutting, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
