  • Slice the strawberries into thin slices and set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the sour cream, evaporated milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
  • Beat with an electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened and fluffy.
  • Spoon ½ cup of fresh sliced strawberries into a cup. Pour ½ cup of the cream mixture over the top.
  • Add another ½ cup layer of strawberries and then top with another ½ cup of cream mixture.
  • Serve with whipped cream on top, if desired.
