Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Soften the Cream Cheese: Remove cream cheese from the packaging and allow it to soften at room temperature.
  • Chop the Ingredients: Finely chop the dried beef, black olives, and green onions. Mince the garlic.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients

  • Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, chopped dried beef, black olives, green onions, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Mix Thoroughly: Using a spatula, spoon, or clean hands, mix all the ingredients until well combined and evenly distributed.

Step 3: Shape the Cheese Ball

  • Form the Ball: Gather the mixture into a ball shape using your hands or a large spoon.
  • Wrap and Chill: Place the cheese ball on a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap it tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Store it wrapped in a cereal bowl to help keep it’s round shape.

Step 4: Coat the Cheese Ball

  • Prepare the Coating: Spread the finely chopped pecans on a flat plate or clean surface.
  • Roll in Pecans: Remove the cheese ball from the plastic wrap and roll it in the chopped pecans until fully coated on all sides.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

  • Presentation: Place the coated cheese ball on a serving plate.
  • Serve: Pair with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables as desired.
  • Enjoy your delicious cream cheese ball!
