Ingredients

Instructions

Prepare the Pudding Mixture

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix, milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Beat until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • Add the vanilla bean paste, banana liqueur, sour cream, and one container of thawed Cool Whip. Mix until creamy and well blended.

Assemble the Layers

  • In a large baking dish, create a single layer of Biscoff cookies as the base.
  • Spread a layer of the pudding mixture evenly over the cookies.
  • Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
  • Drizzle half of the melted cookie butter over the bananas and sprinkle with half of the Heath Bits O’ Brickle.

Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of pudding on top.

    Finish and Garnish

    • Spread the remaining container of Cool Whip over the top layer of pudding.
    • Drizzle the remaining melted cookie butter over the Cool Whip.
    • Sprinkle the top with the remaining Heath Bits O’ Brickle for garnish.

    Chill and Serve

    • Cover the dish and refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
    • Serve chilled and enjoy!

    Notes

    • Vanilla wafers or graham crackers can be used instead of Biscoff-style cookies.
    • For a stronger banana flavor, add an extra banana between layers and consider adding another tablespoon of banana liqueuer.
    • If banana liqueur is unavailable, replace it with 1 teaspoon banana extract.
    • Serve cold with coffee, iced coffee, or hot chocolate.
    • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
    • Freezing is not recommended because the bananas and whipped topping can become watery after thawing.
