Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
  3. In a large bowl, mix meatloaf all ingredients until just combined.
  4. Shape mixture into a loaf shape on the foil-lined sheet pan.

Glaze:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine and mix all glaze ingredients.
  2. Generously cover the top with 1/2 of the glaze mixture.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Remove from oven and coat with remaining glaze.
  5. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until cooked through and the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. 
  6. Remove from oven and cool for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
