2 (14.5-ounce) cans cut green beans, drained
1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups French fried onions, divided
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
In a large bowl, stir together the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Fold in ¾ cup of the French fried onions.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle the remaining ¾ cup French fried onions evenly over the top. Bake for 5–7 minutes more, until the onions are golden brown and crispy.
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
Fresh or frozen green beans may be blanched until tender-crisp and drained well. Add cooked bacon or sautéed mushrooms if desired. Store leftovers airtight in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and reheat at 350°F for 10–15 minutes. Freezing is not recommended because the creamy base and onions lose their texture.
