Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Using an electric stand mixer with a paddle attachment, mix butter and cheese until creamed together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
  4. Add dry ingredients to the to cheese mixture and mix to just combine – no floury lumps.
  5. Remove bowl from stand and fold in Rice Krispies until well combined.
  6. Using a small cookie scoop, portion out “cookies” and roll them into balls.
  7. Place balls onto ungreased cookie sheets and press with the bottom of a floured glass or fork into flat wafers.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the edges are light golden brown.
