Notes

Substitutions

•Shrimp: Can substitute medium shrimp (21–25 count) but adjust cook time to 1–2 minutes per side.

Seasoned Salt: Use regular kosher salt plus ½ teaspoon paprika for a homemade replacement.

Chipotle Chili Powder: Substitute smoked paprika for a milder flavor.

Serving Suggestions

•Serve as an appetizer with lime wedges.

•Pair with rice pilaf, grilled vegetables, or a fresh garden salad for a full meal.

•Drizzle with extra barbecue sauce if desired.

Storage and Freezing

•Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

•Reheat gently in a skillet over medium heat or under the broiler for 1–2 minutes.

•Freezing is not recommended, as cooked shrimp can become rubbery once thawed.
