Mix the Cocktail

  • Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice.
  • Pour in the vodka, elderflower liqueur, and cranberry juice.
    1 cup vodka, 4 ounces Violet Crown elderflower liqueur, ½ cup cranberry juice
  • Right before serving, add the ginger beer and gently stir to combine.
    1 12-ounce can ginger beer

Serve and Garnish

  • Fill four Collins glasses or wine glasses with fresh ice.
  • Pour the cocktail mixture into each glass.
  • Garnish each with a lime twist for a citrusy aroma and visual flair.

Notes

  • Elderflower Liqueur: If Violet Crown isn't available, substitute with St-Germain or another floral elderflower liqueur.
  • Vodka: A citrus- or berry-infused vodka can add extra depth, but plain vodka works beautifully.
  • Ginger Beer: For a lighter version, use ginger ale instead of ginger beer.
