Place all ingredients except cream cheese and beer in a food process and blend until finely chopped.
Remove lid and add 1/2 cup beer and blend.
Add in cream cheese and more beer if needed to reach a creamy, spreadable consistency.,Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Serve with my warm Soft Pretzels, Pumpernickel Bread, Tortilla Chips, Crackers or Veggies!
Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
