Ingredients

fresh strawberries
diced

loosely packed cilantro
chopped
1/4

red onion
finely diced

large fresh jalapeño
seeded & finely diced

key limes
zested & juiced

tablespoon
olive oil

teaspoon
sugar or 1 packet Splenda
1/2
teaspoon
Kosher salt
1/4
teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and gently stir to combine.
Top Grilled Cilantro Lime Shrimp Tacos before serving. Also serve as a salsa with tortilla chips.
