Ranch Oyster Crackers

  • 2 16 oz bags oyster crackers
  • 1 1/3 cups canola or vegetable oil
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper


  • Remove crackers from bag and place in an extra-large Ziploc bag or Tupperware with a tight-fitting lid.
  • In a large measuring cup place remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Pour oil mixture over crackers and close up container.
  • Flip this container and shake around to thoroughly coat the crackers.
  • Occasionally flip the container every 15 minutes for about an hour so that the oil mixture can be completely soaked up.
  • Store in an airtight container.
