Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

cloves
garlic
peeled & chopped

cups
canned garbanzo beans
chick-peas, drained & liquid reserved
1/2
cup
tahini
sesame seed paste or 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/3
cup
fresh lemon juice
1/2
cup
chopped drained roasted red peppers from jar
¼
cup
extra-virgin olive oil

salt
to taste

cumin

cayenne pepper
Instructions
Put everything in a food processor and begin to process; add chickpea liquid or water until you reach a smooth puree.
Serve drizzled with additional olive oil.
