- 2 cans bean dip
- 2 cartons guacamole dip or fresh guacamole
- Combine and mix well:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar
- 1 cup diced tomatoes or pico de gallo drained
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 3 ounce can sliced black olives drained
In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, taco seasoning and sour
cream; mix well.
Spread the following ingredients in the order given onto a large platter,
leaving the edge of each layer showing:
Bean dip
Guacamole
Sour cream mixture
Cheese
Tomatoes
Green onions
Black olives
Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops (my favorite!)
