7 Layer Dip Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 2 cartons guacamole dip or fresh guacamole
  • Combine and mix well:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes or pico de gallo drained
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 3 ounce can sliced black olives drained

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, taco seasoning and sour
  • cream; mix well.
  • Spread the following ingredients in the order given onto a large platter,
  • leaving the edge of each layer showing:
  • Bean dip
  • Guacamole
  • Sour cream mixture
  • Cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Green onions
  • Black olives
  • Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops (my favorite!)
