Fab 5 Week 3 | Jennifer Cooks

Thank you so much for dropping by for a visit! Here's the Fab 5 posts that are trending this week!

#1 Marinated Cheese

I love making this appetizer. I love it because I usually make extra when taking it to a party and save some in a container in the refrigerator for me to munch on. It's completely addictive!

#2 Fritos Bars

I don't know about you, but I get regular cravings for something salty and sweet. These Fritos Bars hit the spot!  They're crunchy, peanut buttery, salty with a drizzle of chocolate. I'm addicted!

#3 Simply Grilled Wild Sockeye Salmon

Sometimes simple is the best recipe and I believe this is true for Salmon.  This flavorful fish shouldn't be covered up with too many ingredients or it hides the natural flavor.  Wild Salmon tends to have a rich, buttery flavor and is a little less intense or "fishy" than farm raised.  If you've not tried salmon before, or have always smothered it with a sauce, give this simple approach a try and see if you agree.

#4 Banana Pudding

There's nothin' better than cool, creamy banana pudding to comfort the soul and make everyone in your family swoon for more!  This no-cook Southern comfort dessert is my go-to banana pudding recipe and is great to serve a crowd. It's made with sweetened condensed milk, vanilla pudding and whipped topping for a sweet and fluffy dessert that's perfect for get togethers.

#5 Grilled Asparagus

Grilled asparagus is a simple side dish that's an added treat to any table. I love the smokey taste and the slight crunch of this savory vegetable. Buy more than you think you'll need - it'll be gone in a flash!

I hope y'all enjoy your weekend and whip up something delicious!
