Broccoli Salad

Serves: 10 to 12 servings
 
Ingredients
  • 6 broccoli crowns, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 pound bacon, fried, drained & crumbled
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • Dressing:
  • 1½ cups mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • ½ cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Fry bacon, drain and crumble; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, red onion, raisins and cranberries.
  3. Combine dressing ingredients and stir into broccoli mixture to combine; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Right before serving, stir in bacon and sunflower seeds;
